Mac Precitec India Private Limited manufactures the loose PCD and carbide blades and inserts that go into our multi-step tool bodies, rather than buying them in as a finished component. Multiple blades and a back taper on each insert allow higher demands on the cutting edge, and PCD inserts carry laser-eroded chip breakers to clear the cut and avoid chip-jam stoppages. When a standard insert geometry doesn't fit the operation, we build a special cutting head or modify the insert to the client's drawing.
