What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number (if provided), the tool type you're interested in, and the details of your component and operation. We only collect what you choose to type into that form — there is no tracking of your activity on this site beyond that, unless analytics is explicitly enabled (see below).

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand what you need, and to get back to you with a tool, a cycle time, or the information you asked for. We don't use it for marketing lists or sell it to anyone.

How the enquiry form works

The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service that relays your submission directly to our sales inbox by email. FormSubmit does not appear anywhere else on this site and is only invoked when you submit the form. Please don't send confidential drawings or IP-sensitive files through this form — email us directly instead, once we've made contact.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service, to understand in aggregate how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't collect any personal data, so it runs without needing your consent. We also use a session-recording tool to see how visitors move through the site, but only after you accept the cookie prompt shown on your first visit — declining, or not answering, keeps it off. Name, company, email, phone and the enquiry-detail fields on the enquiry form are configured to be excluded from any such recording regardless of your choice.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie — to remember your cookie-consent choice — plus, only if you accept, the cookies our session-recording tool uses. Nothing else.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for as long as the business relationship requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sales@macprecitecindia.com.
